Stephen has 20 years’ experience operating as client and consultant within complex commercial travel and transportation service delivery environments.
His focus has always been on reducing complexity to deliver great customer experiences and efficient business operations. As part of SITA’s Airports Business Unit, Stephen is responsible for developing a comprehensive portfolio of Identity Management products and services and helping customers design and deliver highly effective outcomes to their often-complex business challenges. Prior to SITA, Stephen was Head of Innovation at BAA, where he was instrumental in developing many new groundbreaking airport and airline services and technologies including internet check-in, common use self-service check-in and automated border clearance services.
