Russell Norton joined SITA as Customer Service Operations director in May 2023, and since 1st September 2024 was appointed Head of Digital Customer Operations.
Russell is responsible for the first point of contact for our customers globally, whether that be Digital or traditional channels through several strategic locations. A key driver in his new role is to deliver further digital transformation of our Global Service Desks whilst ensuring an excellent Customer Experience on that journey.
Russell brings a wealth of experience to SITA, having spent 15 years with Atos, a global systems integrator, in a variety of global customer facing and executive partner roles.
He has a significant background in operational excellence across many sectors including transport, energy, financial and government.
Russell holds an Executive diploma from HEC University Paris, in conjunction with Harvard coaching.
He is based in our office in London.

Russell 拥有巴黎高等商学院的高级文凭,并接受过哈佛大学的辅导。
