Rafael Echevarne

Rafael Echevarne is the Director General of Airports Council International – Latin America and the Caribbean (ACILAC). Previously he was CEO of Montego Bay Airport, Jamaica, and held positions in international organizations and airport companies in Europe, Australasia and the Middle East, specializing in airport economic regulation, privatization and infrastructure and business development.

Rafael holds a PhD in Air Transport Economics from Cranfield University, UK.

Rafael Echevarne es el Director General de Airports Council International – América Latina y el Caribe (ACILAC). Anteriormente fue CEO del Aeropuerto de Montego Bay, Jamaica, y ocupó cargos en organizaciones internacionales y compañías aeroportuarias en Europa, Australasia y Medio Oriente, especializándose en regulación económica de aeropuertos, privatización e infraestructura y desarrollo de negocios.

Rafael tiene un doctorado en economía y transporte aéreo por la Universidad de Cranfield, Reino Unido.
