Rhea Hayek manages the Well at Work program and has recently taken the position of Leader of the Employee Experience at SITA.
The focus of the EX team is to look at employee experience as an end-to-end journey, from pre-boarding to exit, and at all the moments in between that impact our employees day-to-day.
Before taking on this new role, Rhea was part of the HR Reward team. She was in charge of articulating and communicating the Reward Employee Value Proposition, developing training and communication materials for managers and employees on all reward programs. She has been highly involved in the design of the SITA Incentive Reward plan, managing our recognition programs, performance management practice, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion related initiatives.
She joined SITA in Montreal 6 years ago as an HR generalist and has had the opportunity to change location several times, working from Canada, Switzerland, and now Paris.
