WorldTracer® Auto Notify is a proactive notification service that advises the passenger, just after arrival, if their baggage has been mishandled, allowing the passenger to skip the carousel and baggage service desks, and ultimately removing work for baggage service agents.

All airlines and ground handlers incur costs with the baggage service desks and agents in the baggage hall. It’s expensive, unattractive and a detractor for the airline.

Auto Notify removes the need for a passenger to queue at the baggage service desk. Additionally, it reduces queries and calls to their contact centers - as travelers now know where their baggage is, when they’ll see it again, and can follow progress themselves using self-service.
