All companies based in France have to calculate and publish annually their score regarding “gender equality”.

The French Ministry of Labour has put online a dedicated page: Index de l’égalité professionnelle : calcul et Questions/Réponses, as well as a calculation matrix.

In Ireland, companies are also required to report their gender pay gap, please find the 2024 report for SITA INC Ireland.
