SITA is committed to maintaining your trust by ensuring that your privacy is protected. This Data Privacy Notice governs your use of this application (“APP”) powered by SITA. This APP is for authorized users only and the access to SITATEX IP is governed by the respective terms.
For the use of this APP, we will be processing your log-in credentials provided to you by your organization. This will include your e-mail address, password and SITATEX IP hostname.
SITA processes the above personal data elements (amongst others) for the purpose of granting you access via a mobile device to services provided by SITATEX IP.
The processed personal data is stored locally on the mobile device for as long the APP is installed. In case data is transferred to third parties for the above-mentioned purpose, then the respective third-party data retention policies apply.
Other than your credentials, we do not collect any sensitive personal data, such as political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, sexual orientation, other biometric data, or health data.
While using this APP, we will be collecting app information and performance data: Crash logs (e.g., the number of times that your app has crashed, stack traces or other information directly related to a crash); and Diagnostics – information about the performance of your app. (e.g., device information (such model, screen size and operating system version), battery life, loading time, latency, framerate or any technical diagnostics); and User behaviour – tracks what user action was performed. All crash logs, diagnostics and user behaviour are sent to a third-party and the respective third-party policies apply.
We will not disclose your personal data to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
If you do not consent to the processing of the personal data as described, or you are not authorized to use this APP, please DO NOT PROCEED ANY FURTHER.
By proceeding to this APP and logging in with your provided credentials, you hereby consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose set out in this Notice.
